(A) That a lawsuit hasbeen filed against the Internet domain name Pay.io pursuant to theAnticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act of 1999, 15 U.S.C. 1125(d)(2) (theACPA);

(C) In the event the plaintiff prevails againstthe domain name under the ACPA, remedies could include forfeiture orcancellation of the domain name or the transferof the domain name to plaintiffdeltaventure GmbH; and,
(D) Any person wishing to respond to theComplaint or to challenge the relief requested must file his/her response, inwriting, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this notice. Suchresponse must be filed at this address:
